E-invoice for consumers

E-invoice is an online invoice devised by Finnish banks for invoicing consumers, built on the principles of the Finvoice invoicing scheme designed for businesses.

The invoicer sends an e-invoice electronically direct to your online banking site.  All you have to do is check the invoice details and approve the invoice for payment, under your secret banking password.

What is consumer's e-invoice?

E-invoice is a safe way devised by Finnish banks for consumers to receive and pay invoices online. E-invoice is an electronic invoice which you can have sent to your online banking site.

Is there any benefit for me if I choose to receive invoices electronically? Yes, because:

The bill is paid with a click of the mouse

·     no need to enter account numbers or reference numbers manually

·     due date and amount may be changed

The bill is stored by your online banking facility

·     no need to worry about destroying or filing bills

·     filing service is agreed with bank

·     bills are easy to retrieve from the file

You are kept up to date at all times

·     you can look at your bills regardless of time and place

·     even if you are away, you may check and pay incoming invoices

Top-class security

·     invoices can only be accessed at your online banking facility

·     invoices are not lost in mail
